2 December: The True Cost of Individual Service Funds

19th October 2026

Join SDS Network England for a webinar with Tracy Hammond from KeyRing Living Support Networks.

Beyond the Budget: What it really takes to deliver ISFs well

Individual Service Funds (ISFs) are increasingly seen as a way to offer greater choice and control, but their success depends on more than simply transferring a budget.

This webinar will explore some of the practical realities of delivering ISFs, including administration, brokerage, financial oversight and provider sustainability. Drawing on KeyRing's recent work in this area, the session will consider how providers can balance flexibility and person-centred support with the systems and infrastructure needed to deliver ISFs safely and effectively.

Date: Wednesday 2 December
Time: 10am - 11am GMT
Venue: Online

What we’ll explore

  • Administration: what it takes to run an ISF day to day
  • Brokerage: supporting people to plan and arrange their support
  • Financial oversight: governance, accountability and keeping funds on track
