Join us for the latest in an ongoing series of meet ups focused on embedding and establishing self-directed support. The SDS Network is global, and is open to anyone who has an interest in delivering, commissioning, promoting or drawing on self-directed support.

Our theme for this meeting is: Challenging Government & Upholding Rights in Self-Directed Support, with a focus on inspiring participants to uphold the rights that are key to self-directed support.

We'll be joined by speakers:

  • Peter Gregory (Australia) to discuss challenges in Australia. Peter will talk about advocating for self-directing NDIS participants not to be required to engage registered service providers for their support. (20 minutes)

We'll also have a discussion about how different countries uphold the rights of citizens self-directing their own support. (30 minutes)
