Molly Morris is Co-Founder of The Self-Direction Center, a national organisation dedicated to strengthening self-direction through community building, education, and research. With over 15 years’ experience in health and human services, Molly has helped shape self-directed care models that give people real choice and control over their home and community-based services.

Chris Watson is Chair of the Self-Directed Support Network England and Founder of Self Directed Futures. Chris has over 24 years’ experience working across the public and voluntary sector in the fields of health, social care and community development, with a focus on working with people with learning disabilities to achieve citizenship within their communities.
