The SDS Network is offering three free webinars on 7th May and 11th June to explore global developments in self-directed support.
The Self-Directed Support Network (created by the Erasmus+ SKILLS Project) is offering 3 free webinars exploring developments on self-directed support in Europe.
The SDS Network is a global network, supported by Citizen Network that shares learning and supports progress on self-directed support. You can find out more here.
The webinars are scheduled for:
Thursday 7th May at:
10am (CET) - presentations and discussion about the development of self-directed support in Europe and the impact of the current coronavirus pandemic. What does this mean for people being able to direct and get the right support?
1pm (CET) - thoughts and reflections from experts through experience about how self-directed support has been working for them in practice in Scotland. There will be input from both a family member and an individual who are directing their own support.

Thursday 11th June at 10am (CET) - the development and progress of self-directed support in Finland. What has been done so far? What has been learned? What do we want to do in the future?
